Do you accept insurance?

I don't work directly with health insurance companies, but I can provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that you may be able to submit for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows. You may also be able to use funds from your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) for our sessions.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Check, Paypal, Venmo, and Zelle.
What makes you different?

My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy. We work directly with the body's wisdom, the imagination, and the relational field between us, creating change that integrates at the deepest levels - beyond the thinking mind. We use mindfulness, somatic awareness, creative exploration, and embodied practices rather than relying primarily on cognitive analysis.
How many sessions will I need?

There is no set time. Some people benefit from short-term work around a specific issue, while others engage in deeper, longer-term exploration. This is something we can discuss as we work together to see what feels right for you.
My cancellation policy is 48 hours in advance of our appointment. If you don't cancel within 48 hours, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
