Sessions

This page is a guide to working together — what our time looks like, session details, and the modalities we may use. Whether you’re seeking relational healing, deep alignment with your work and purpose, spiritual guidance, or greater vitality - we can tailor each session to meet your needs.

Session Format

Sessions are 60–75 minutes, held on a sliding scale, with longer 90-minute or 2-hour deep dives available upon request.

Modalities may include intuitive guidance, embodied mindful awareness, guided imagery, creative expression and hands on healing, when appropriate. You don’t need any prior experience with any of these modalities.

Each session is unique, attuned to what you bring and what’s alive for you at the moment. There’s no “right way” to engage — just come as you are, and I will trust and support your process as it unfolds organically.

At the end of a session, you may experience a sense of grounding, clarity, softening, and insight — and a deeper connection to yourself.

  • In our first session, we’ll take time to connect and explore what’s alive for you. I may ask questions such as:

    • What needs most attention in your life?

    • What are your deepest longings?

    • What feels stuck or out of balance, and ready to transform?

    • What support are you wanting?

    • What do you hope this work could bring into your life?


    Then I’ll invite you into a brief mindfulness and grounding meditation, and follow the threads that come alive for you, letting the session unfold intuitively and attuned to your experience.

    • A space to explore your inner experience:

      • A mindful and spacious container

      • Guidance and practices to support your process

      • An invitation into relational, somatic awareness

      • Space for creative or energetic expression

      • Integration practices or next steps as we close

      Every session ends with a moment of grounding and completion.

      You may leave with greater clarity, feeling more present, with a sense of deeper connection to your inner wisdom.

  • There is not much you need to do. I work intuitively and somatically, trusting that your inner wisdom and following my intuition.

    It can be helpful to reflect on any questions that feel alive for you right now. For example:
    “How can I feel more at ease in my relationships?” or “How can I live in my purpose?”

    Sharing any trauma history can be supportive, as certain experiences may require special attention.

    It’s also helpful for me to know about your spiritual and creative practices, your relationship with your body and those around you. You will see more questions when you click the Session Inquiry button. Please feel free to share as much as you feel comfortable.

    Personal Mantra

    When you wish to anchor into a new way of being, we can co-create a mantra or prayer (which can become a poem or even a song) that aligns your life with your deepest longings.

    It’s helpful when you want to live intentionally, and are looking for a simple yet powerful daily practice.

    Medicine Art

    Medicine art emerges from a deep intuitive meditate space, where we tune into a question you hold—whether about a relationship, your work, home or health. You will have the option to draw the image you receive, and/or I can do it for you.

    It’s helpful for those who respond deeply to visuals and intuitive guidance.

  • A traditional Hindu or Indian religious ceremony with an altar on the ground. The setup includes burning logs, offerings, flowers, and various ceremonial items arranged around a fire.

    Custom Ritual

    Ritual is a powerful way to support transformation, honor beginnings and endings, and mark important moments in your life. Together, we will design a personal ritual for you and your loved ones.


    It’s helpful if you’re seeking change or navigating a transition in a conscious way.

    Flower Essences

    Flower essences harmonize your energetic field, balancing emotional, mental, and spiritual states. I will create a personalized flower essence blend for you to take home.

    They are helpful for people who are open to receiving gentle yet powerful support from plants, while navigating inner healing and life transitions.
