Flower Essences and Sound Healing

JOIN US FOR A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN THE MEDICINE GARDEN …

Flower essences are nature's vibrational medicine ~ gentle yet powerful allies for emotional, mental, and spiritual healing.

In this 3-hour experiential workshop, we'll journey into the living world of plant intelligence, exploring how these subtle remedies work with our energy field to restore balance, shift old patterns, and awaken our own essence.

We'll begin with introductions, followed by a meditative time on the land and in the blooming garden, where we'll tune into plants and flowers through our senses — connecting with the subtle frequencies of their spirits and letting ourselves be guided by curiosity and intuition.

In the second part of our time together, you'll choose a flower essence or plant ally to be with while receiving a sound bath. The plants might sing along! 🌿

🌿 During our time together we will: 🌸 Explore the magic of flower essences and how they can support our healing 🌸 Reflect on what we want to shift or invite into our being 🌸 Experience a personal connection with a flower or plant essence of your choice 🌸 Learn practical ways to bring flower essences into your everyday self-care

Art in nature

Tuesday, July 14th, 6-8pm. Ragle Park. Sebastopol, CA.

Nature can be the source inspiration and relaxation. What can be better? This is an invitation to connect with nature, yourself and others, get inspired and create something new.

We will begin with a brief hello and introductions, and invite our minds to quiet in a grounding meditation. Then we’ll spend time in the park - connecting with the elements that call us - plants, trees, earth, water, sky, birds and animals. We’ll have a choice to write or make art, either at a private spot of your choice or at our shared location.

At the end, we will share our creations and experiences with each other.

There will be benches and tables for us to sit and create. Bring bug spray and your favorite art supplies or a journal. Additional art supplies will be provided for sharing.

Cultivating Loving Presence

Tuesday, August 11, 6-7:15pm. Ragle Park. Sebastopol, CA.

By Donation.

What does it mean to truly be present with another person — not just listening, but arriving fully, with an open and receptive heart?

In this 90-minute experiential workshop, we explore loving presence as a living practice — one that begins within ourselves and naturally extends outward into our relationships, our work, and the world.

We will move through the evening together gently and intentionally:

We begin with introductions, settling in and orienting to one another and to the space. From there, we drop into a 15–20 minute heart-centered meditation — an invitation to soften, open, and come home to the body and the breath.

Then, we practice what it feels like to offer and receive loving presence — and explore what gets in the way — to truly see and be seen.

We close with open sharing and Q&A, integrating what arose and carrying the practice forward.

This workshop is rooted in the understanding that our capacity to connect — authentically, warmly, and without agenda — is itself a form of healing. It's suitable for practitioners, healers, and those in service-based work, as well as all who are genuinely interested in cultivating loving presence in their lives.

No prior experience is needed. All levels are welcome. Come as you are.

Specific location will be provided upon registration. Space is limited to 8 people, please sign up in advance.
