I believe that when we align with our soul's purpose and life’s work, everything unfolds effortlessly as we tap into vitality and joy. Our work can change as we evolve and develop, and it’s natural to seek change or to fine-tune your offering to resonate with who you are today. You don’t have to be stuck in the familiar routine. While there is safety in the familiar - wouldn’t you want to experience joy and vitality when you do what you truly love, in ways that recharge your mind, body and spirit?

In these sessions, we’ll tune in to where you are in your life and your work, and invite clarity for your life’s path to reveal itself in a collaborative, exploratory and mindful space. The insights may come in a form of images, words, or sensations. We will witness what arises together, with compassion and non-judgement, through reflection, guided inquiry, and gentle exploration.

In our work together, I will meet you where you are at :

  • I invite you to connect with your self in meditation, and for the mind to calm and become an observer of your inner wisdom, clarity and creativity. We'll explore your goals: What ignites your passion? What vision do you hold for your future? What’s in the way?

  • At times we deal with competing ideas, and our thoughts or goals may feel disorganized or overwhelming. Together we can create a map, and find focus as we identify, prioritize and link essential elements of your vision together.

  • Starting a new path or shifting careers can feel exciting and scary. Having changed multiple careers myself—from software development to art gallery management, teaching, therapy, and founding a healing arts center—I've experienced the excitement and challenges that accompany change.

    I’ll be by your side, step by step, examining limiting beliefs, fears and road blocks that you may hold in relation to change. Together, we will invite transformation toward clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. This moment is an opportunity to create a rich and fulfilling life.

  • When you're ready to bring your vision to life, we'll collaborate on the practical steps to manifest your vision in the world. Whether you're an entrepreneur, healer, artist, etc. - your offering is a unique expression of who you are, and your clients will be drawn to You. it is important that we convey the essence of your work with clarity and precision.
