Many people come to this work with a sense that something in their relationships feels out of sync. You may notice repeated patterns, difficulty trusting, fear of intimacy, or a longing for deeper connection. Sometimes our present challenges echo unmet needs from earlier in life, held in the body as tension, emotion, or unconscious habits.
In our sessions, we begin with a few moments of grounding — settling the breath, sensing the body, and arriving fully into the present. From this place of steadiness, we explore whatever is most alive for you: feelings, sensations, relational dynamics, or experiences that want attention.
Somatic work allows us to go beneath the surface.
Rather than analyzing from the mind, we listen to your body’s quieter signals — the places where tenderness, fear, longing, or protection live. This kind of listening often reveals the roots of relational patterns and supports gentle, organic shifts over time.
Our work together may include talking, mindful inquiry, guided imagery, or creative expression. Moment by moment, I attune to your experience and follow what emerges. When it feels appropriate and with your explicit consent, I may offer gentle, grounding touch to support regulation and connection in places held below words.

At its heart, it is an invitation to bring loving presence to yourself — to meet whatever arises with compassion, curiosity, and acceptance. There is nothing to fix. There is only the possibility of softening and reconnecting with the inner wisdom that lives within you.
We’ll end each session with a few minutes for integration, and I may offer simple practices to explore in your daily life.
