In this special gathering, we will connect with story in an intimate setting. Through embodied meditation, guided imagery and prompted writing we’ll connect with a story within. We’ll listen to which story, one among many, wants to emerge in the moment. It can manifest in a written, visual, spoken or musical form. All is welcome. At the end, the few who are willing will share their stories in a sacred circle.
By sacred we mean respected, revered, uniquely precious. The space that we co-create is rooted in mindfulness, shared intention for loving kindness and witnessing with appreciation vs. critique.
